Sikorska Kseniia

Kseniia Sikorska has more than 24 years of experience in strategic marketing, advertising, and PR. She has worked on brand positioning, communication platforms, and marketing campaigns for both international and local brands in the FMCG, tobacco, and pharmaceutical industries.

Since November 2019 she has served as Chief Marketing Officer at PUMB, where she is responsible for the bank’s communication and customer strategy.

Under her leadership, PUMB’s marketing team has received numerous Ukrainian and international industry awards.

Among the key achievements are the Best Marketing Team award in the Finance category, Effie Awards 2021 Gold for the campaign “For the Smile of Small Business”, and multiple recognitions for the bank’s social and reputation-driven projects.

In 2023 and 2024, PUMB received several international and national awards, including Effie Europe Bronze, Effie Ukraine recognitions, X-Ray awards, FinAwards, and awards for ESG and social initiatives. Kseniia also received Silver at FinAwards in the Best Marketing Leader category in both 2023 and 2024.
