Iryna Shynkarenko is Deputy CEO of Epicentr K, responsible for communications, advertising, public relations, and media relations.
She has more than 25 years of experience working with national and international brands, specializing in strategic marketing, digital communications, and social impact projects.
She actively implements innovative approaches in communications, including the use of artificial intelligence and modern digital tools.
Iryna is a member of the Supervisory Board of the UN Global Compact in Ukraine. She also focuses on developing the company’s own media ecosystem, leading the growth of Epicentr’s retail media as an effective modern communication channel.
