Plakhova Olena

Olena Plakhova has more than 20 years of experience in communications, reputation management, crisis communications, and marketing. She has worked across multiple sectors of the economy and implemented dozens of projects focused on brand creation, brand strengthening, and reputation recovery.

She has twice been named Best PR Director in Ukraine at the X-RAY Marketing Awards. Teams led by Olena have been recognized three times as the Best Marketing and Communications Team in Ukraine at the Effie Awards.

In 2024 she received the Grand Prix at Effie Ukraine, and in 2025 she was awarded Best of the Best at the Effie Awards Europe.

Olena is a jury member of leading international awards, including Effie Europe, Golden Drum, and Baku Flames.

For the past five years she was responsible for building the reputation of Nova Poshta and the NOVA group of companies. Since January 2026, she has been leading communications and government relations at the agricultural holding Kernel.
