Kolesnikov Maksym

Maksym Kolesnikov began his career in marketing in 2000 in Donetsk as an assistant account manager at the advertising group B.I.T.A.

In 2007 he became Advertising and PR Director of the retail chain Velyka Kyshenia. Later he served as CMO for several major companies, including Fora, MOYO, Eldorado, and Apteka Dobroho Dnia. He also worked as Marketing and Sales Director for a medical equipment distribution company in Kazakhstan.

In 2015 he was first mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After demobilization he returned to marketing, but rejoined the army following the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022.

After his demobilization in late 2023, he headed marketing at Ukrposhta. Since 2025 he has served as CMO of the defence-tech corporation TAF Industries. He is also a psychological consultant for the veterans’ organization Vesta.
