He is a leading expert in executive search and the selection of independent board members for major companies in Ukraine and the Central and Eastern Europe region.
He leads the Board Services practice and specializes in corporate governance development and public administration reform.
As a Board Member of CEO Club Ukraine, he contributes to shaping the Club’s strategy, strengthening corporate governance, and supporting its social initiatives.
He is a graduate of The Open University (UK) and Cornell University (USA).
