Andrianova Tetiana

Tetiana Andrianova is CEO of Octava Capital, Managing Partner at Nota Group, and a Board Member of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine. She also coordinates the Women in Security Council in Ukraine.

She chairs the Corporate Security Committee of the Octava Group and the Ethics and Compliance Committee of the Ukrainian Defense Alliance.

Tetiana has over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and corporate security. She specializes in building comprehensive business protection systems, implementing anti-corruption programs, compliance frameworks, and corporate ethics policies.

Her expertise includes crisis management, reputation risk mitigation, and supporting complex corporate transformations, including M&A and asset restructuring.

She also works on business–government relations, sanctions compliance, and internal investigations.

Tetiana активно contributes to the development of corporate security in Ukraine, helping shape industry standards and promoting transparent governance and women’s leadership in the field. She is a frequent speaker at professional events and an author of expert publications on corporate governance, compliance, and business security.
