Eduard Ivakin is Co-founder and Talent Partner at BASEIN bureau — the first Ukrainian talent search bureau specializing in creative professionals for brands and agencies.
He has more than 8 years of experience in recruitment. Previously, he worked in HR at Banda Agency and began his career in the public sector.
He holds a PhD in Law.
BASEIN bureau’s clients include Fedoriv, and action, SEEK Studio, Senate, Patsany, Banda, Havas, as well as companies such as Shelest, Kovalska, and The Gradient.
He is a two-time Silver Effie Awards winner.
