Expert of the Office of Reforms under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

He is a communication expert in the public and private sectors with 18 years of experience in communications and media. He worked as a communication manager at the Project Office of Sectoral Decentralization (POSD) - an independent, non-governmental structure created with the support of EDGE under the Ministry of Regional Development. The activities of the Project Office are aimed at organizing and supporting the process of forming sectoral policies on decentralization in relevant ministries and agencies.
