Deputy Director for Legal and Regulatory Affairs at NOVA POST GLOBAL, responsible for government relations in the NOVA Group of companies.

An experienced consultant and trainer on lobbying and advocacy for a number of commercial and non-profit organizations, as well as international technical assistance programs. He headed the Institute of Professional Lobbying and Advocacy, whose key tasks included participation in the development of a model of legal regulation of lobbying in Ukraine, as well as the promotion of civilized lobbying in Ukrainian society.
