Kuleba Dmytro
Dmytro Kuleba graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, International Law Department. In 2003 he started his career as an attaché of the Advocate General’s Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Mr. Kuleba worked for the MFA till 2012, since 2010 he was Chief of Staff to the Foreign Minister. In 2013 Dmytro Kuleba became the humanitarian adviser to Kostyantyn Gryshchenko, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine. The same year he resigned from the civil service to head UART Foundation for Cultural Diplomacy. In June 2014, invited by the Minister Pavlo Klimkin, Mr. Kuleba returned to the MFA becoming ambassador-at-large for strategic communications issues. He works on establishing strategic communications of the MFA of Ukraine, on implementing modern communication technologies into the work of the Ministry, and on developing Ukrainian public diplomacy. Mr. Kuleba holds the diplomatic rank of first counselor.
