He was an adviser to the Georgian Government from 2008-2012 and is currently Secretariat of the UK-Georgia Parliamentary group. He was Special Adviser to the Defense Secretary and Europe Minister in Tony Blair’s Government. He is a regular visitor to Ukraine and has written articles about Ukraine in a British political context. He has a first class degree in Politics from Warwick University and an M. Phil from Cambridge University.
