Graduated from The Opening University Business School in Great Britain and The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a master’s degree in international economy. Was qualified as an organization coach at WIAP, Germany. Started her career as a marketing manager at MDMT GROUP. Since 1997 had worked as HP manager for IDS, where she had managed to implement a project of changes and М&A and had created a strong HR team. Since 2012 has been implementing HR programs as a coaching consultant (Porshe Ukraine, CCG, Microsoft Sante Georgia etc.) and an HR Director (Luxoft, TRC «Ukraina»).
